The current developments in social media.
From the start of social media in 1994 to 2017 theirs been a very dramatic change to how people use it.
Different websites such as Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr, they were all used to connect with friends outside college, university and work.
In 2017 social media is used for all sort of things. Such as Marketing for businesses, Sharing your own opinion, communication and many more.
Take the use of businesses for example its changed dramatically good for them. With being able to sell their products to a wide audience. Companies that have social media account allows them to be able to interact with their customers and sort out any complaints faster than emails. This gives businesses a better sense of customer service and brand loyalty among followers.
Most people use social media for personal use to stay in contact with close friends and your loved ones. It allows you to contact long loss friends or stay in touch with friends or family that live miles away. With having a personal Social media site you need to think about what you want to present from your private life.
