When Social Media enterprises uses abusively your data... 

Social Media has been known to abuse and leak private data about their users for example when you are logged onto to Facebook you might see advertisements that match to your interests, what you like on Facebook or for example if you have purchased something on amazon in the past you will see things related to that product.

For example I never gave my consent to receive advertising and however I have a lot adverts when I am logging in my Facebook Account. 

How many of us read the general conditions of use of our favorite social media?

That is the same problem when you want left a social media. You have the right to be forgotten (online). It is a fundamental right, but a lot social media object to doing this.

For example (and there are a lot similar case !) of Mark Savage, a former local election candidate in Ireland. Mr Savage argued that a online page presented inaccurate information as it presented him as a homophobe without any qualification. He asked Google to delist the search result. Google refused to take down this link.

Social Media sell our data something without our consent. 

But some questions stay in outstanding. For example with Snowden case where personal data were hacked by the US Government.
